Accessibility Statement
Emerald CX is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the website, staff app, booking pages, customer portal and shop.
- Version
- 0.1 (draft)
- Effective
- October 27, 2026
Pre-launch draft pending attorney review. Emerald CX is not yet accepting paid accounts, so this document is not yet in effect.
Our commitment
Business owners, team members and their customers should all be able to use Emerald CX, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is a build requirement for us, not a later pass.
What we do
- Semantic structure, skip links, visible focus indicators and full keyboard operation — including keyboard alternatives to every drag-and-drop.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, verified in light mode, dark mode and all four booking-page themes.
- Color is never the only signal; every status also has text or a symbol.
- Screen-reader announcements for new messages, queue updates and notifications.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings.
- No accessibility overlay widgets.
- Automated axe checks on every route plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing before each release.
Known limitations
Emerald CX is pre-launch. We'll list any known issues here, with dates and planned fixes, as we test with customers.
