Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@emeraldcx.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL or location of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, address, phone number and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices and repeat infringers

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
