Subscription Terms
How trials, auto-renewal, price changes and online cancellation work for Emerald CX plans.

Pre-launch draft pending attorney review. Emerald CX is not yet accepting paid accounts, so this document is not yet in effect.
Free trial
New businesses get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and add a payment method.
Automatic renewal
When you start a paid plan, checkout shows the price per location, billing frequency, first charge date and how to cancel. You confirm auto-renewal with a separate checkbox — it is never pre-checked. Your plan then renews each billing period at the shown price until you cancel.
We email a confirmation restating these terms with a direct cancel link.
Reminders we send
- 5 days before a trial with a chosen plan ends.
- 30 days before an annual plan renews.
- 30 days before any price change, with a cancel link.
- A yearly summary of your subscription.
Cancel any time, online
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. We may show one offer, with a “No thanks, cancel” button right beside it. Confirm, and you're done — you'll get a confirmation on screen and by email. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
Usage charges
Texts and AI conversations beyond your plan's included amounts are billed at the published per-unit rates shown in Settings → Billing → Usage.
