Ivy — the AI receptionist
Ivy answers texts, web chat and email for businesses that turn it on. Ivy can share prices and hours from the business's own menu, check real availability, book, reschedule or cancel within the business's policy, and send booking or payment links.
Ivy says it's an AI assistant in the first message of every conversation and whenever someone asks. Ivy hands the conversation to the business's team for complaints, refunds, anything it isn't sure about, or whenever you ask for a person.
Jade — the AI operator for business owners
Jade answers questions about a business's own data, builds reports and drafts messages or campaigns. Every draft is labeled “Drafted by Jade (AI)” and nothing is sent without a person approving it.
Vendor and data use
AI features use models from Anthropic under zero-retention, no-training terms: your data isn't stored by Anthropic after a request and isn't used to train models. We keep AI prompts and outputs for 90 days for quality and safety review unless a business saves a report.
Safety
Every message to and from Ivy is screened. If someone mentions harming themselves or others, Ivy stops, shares crisis resources (call or text 988, or 911 in an emergency), alerts the business, and pauses AI on that conversation.
