The terms under which Emerald Infinite processes your customers' personal information on your behalf. Businesses accept it at signup.

Roles

Your business is the controller of your customers' personal information. Emerald Infinite is your service provider and processor, and processes it only to provide Emerald CX under your instructions.

Our commitments

  • Process customer data only for the service, never sell or share it for advertising, and never combine it with other businesses' data.
  • Keep it confidential and protected with appropriate security, including encryption in transit and at rest and per-business data isolation.
  • Use only the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page, with 30 days' notice before adding one.
  • Help you respond to customers' privacy requests.
  • Notify you without undue delay of a security incident affecting your data.
  • Delete or return your data when your account ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your commitments

Have a lawful basis and the required consent for the information you collect and the messages you send, and don't store data our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits.
